For culinary connoisseurs, budding foodies or anyone with taste buds this is a must try. But be warned, the experience is not cheap, worth it, but far from inexpensive.
Before a menu was delivered, champagne was poured, a practice that I could easily get used to.
Once the menus arrived we decided upon the tasting menu and wine pairings. Everything was fabulous, beyond fabulous, from the service to the food and wine it was divine.
Picking a favorite dish would be like picking a favorite child, so difficult but in the end there is one, and for me it was the lamb with the carrot ginger puree. Lesson of the night, never under estimate a fine carrot puree-- who knew?
As for dessert, skip the sampler and go for either the lemon cheesecake (I think cheesecake is a crime against dessert and wanted to lick this plate) or the chocolate cake (it is rich, moist-- everything you could want it to be and more).
