Best restaurant in Corvallis!
This is the best kept secret of Corvallis. My waiter said they've been open 6 years (wow!) but I only heard about fireworks a week or so ago, when my coworker said I should check it out. Had the grilled salmon, was the freshest, tastiest dish I have had in a long time! My date had the lamb osso bucco, meat fell off the bone, savory, delicious. Reasonable prices, especially given the menu is mostly organic and local. Highest reccomendations!

Great American Bistro
I heard some good reviews for this restaurant so I decided to check it out a few evenings ago. I was very happy with both the service and food provided. Most items on the menu are produced locally and they are known for having all organic pasture raised meats. Being a bit of a drinker, I have to say the bar is amazing and the wine even better. There is a gorgeous courtyard, but since it was raining I was not able to experience it. I look forward to coming back later in summer when I can sit outside and enjoy an organic wood fired pizza. Oh and check their website, there are many nights when they have music and other forms of entertainment available.

Incredible eats and drinks
This is the only truly organic restaurant in Corvallis, over 95% of their food is supplied by local farms and organic suppliers. They have refreshing cocktails, made with premium liquors and organic fruit mixers. Their menu includes the finest Northwest steak and seafood options, and don't miss their wood fired pizza! They also have great music every weekend and a festival for the seasons
