Alsea Falls

i have been to many scenic locations in Oregon but Alsea Falls is possible one of the best places I have experienced. While the falls themselves are not that big, they still provide beauty and fun. This is a great place to spend a few hours. There are swimming areas for kids and hiking. You can hike right in the middle of the river jumping from rock to rock, or just sit back and admire teh falls (with a lunch perhaps). Great family area but plan on spending some time there since it is about 30-45 minutes away from Corvallis
