Collaboration with John Carroll now includes Mckenzie Lofts (1997), The Gregory Lofts (2000), The Edge Lofts (2004), The Elizabeth (2005), The Eliot Tower (2006) all mixed-use properties.

Marketing and sales services are currently underway on another project by developer Jack Onder: The Westerly.
